- Account: your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
- Company profile and market claims: the name and contact details you enter.
- Markets you add and feedback or ideas you submit.

3. Why we use your data and on what basis
- To provide the service and manage your account (performance of the contract).
- To send you the newsletter (based on your consent, with double opt-in; unsubscribe in one click).
- To prevent abuse and keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).

We use only functional cookies needed to run the site: one cookie remembers your language choice and one keeps your logged-in session. We use no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies and do not track you across other websites.
5. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We rely on a small number of processors that help us run the service, each with appropriate safeguards:
- Our hosting partner (Vercel) to run the website.
- Our database host to store accounts and subscriptions.
- Resend to send confirmation and newsletter emails.
- publiq vzw (UiTdatabank), the source of part of the market data shown.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data while your account or subscription is active. If you unsubscribe or delete your account, we erase or anonymise the related personal data, except what we are legally required to keep.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. Passwords are stored encrypted and connections use HTTPS.
