1. About these terms
brocado.be is operated by VK Solutions BV, Visitatiestraat 81, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, België (BTW BE 1039.650.849). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. The service
brocado.be provides a free overview of upcoming flea markets, jumble sales and brocantes in Belgium, searchable by municipality and date, with an optional weekly newsletter. Part of the market data comes from UiTdatabank (publiq vzw).
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. Report any suspected misuse of your account to us.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the website in a way that harms the service or is unlawful. Without our permission you may not bulk-extract (scrape), copy or reuse the data for commercial purposes.
5. Content you submit
If you add a market or submit feedback or a claim, you warrant that you are entitled to do so and that the content is accurate and infringes no third-party rights. You grant us the right to display that content on the platform. We may moderate, edit or remove content.
6. Accuracy of market data
We compile the information with care, but part of it comes from third parties and market data can change. We do not guarantee that all data is complete, current or correct. Check important details (such as date and location) with the organiser before you set off.
7. Intellectual property
The website, the brocado.be brand and our own content are protected. You may not reuse them without permission. Data from UiTdatabank remains the property of its respective rights holders.
8. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website or from inaccurate or incomplete market data.
9. Newsletter
The newsletter is free and based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time in one click via the link at the bottom of every email.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. The most recent version is always on this page.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Gent.
